Return/Exchange Policy

Merchandise must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receipt*

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!

*sale items are eligible for exchange for different size within 14 days of receipt. (Buyer pays for return shipping + cost of shipping for new size)

Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. This includes ANIMAL HAIR.

Merchandise must have all tags, including any FOURGUNSDOWN hangtags, attached. Returns will be rejected and sent back if tags are not attached.

Any merchandise marked “sale” cannot be returned. However, exchanges for different size are welcome. 

Hair accessories, hats, intimates (including socks) and jewelry cannot be returned.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping cost will be deducted from your final return total if you choose to return an item with a prepaid shipping label provided by FOURGUNSDOWN.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear (including animal hair), alterations, misuse or damage. 

To start a return or exchange please follow instructions on our return portal.

EXCHANGE:

We are currently working on our new return/exchange portal - please follow these steps for an exchange:

Place a new order for your item(s) that you'd like to exchange. *please state you are making an exchange in the notes section as some items are not eligible for return but ARE eligible for exchange (such as sale items).

Create a return (via return portal) for the item you'd like to exchange.

New order for exchange will be shipped out ASAP and you'll be refunded for your return once it's been received and processed.

**If an item was purchased with a promo/discount code, your new order for the exchange will be adjusted to reflect the original purchase price - so no need to worry! Refund will be adjusted accordingly.
